There will be 3 progressions each week:
1. Learn To Move -Â this is biomechanics and sequencing.
2. Add A Ball - movements usually break down here
3. Make It Harder - this is adding in a hover or shuffle
Through every level up in progression, we want perfect movement.
3x a week you'll get video feedback from Coach Bobby.
